We have been gearing up to welcome you to District Level Essay Contest in English organised under the auspices of FEA (Fragrance English Association) and Madhyamam news paper in connection with the 40^th anniversary of the GHSS Thadathil paramba,Aroor .We express our hearty thanks for your keen interest to make the contest a grand success with your esteemed presence.

The school situates at Puthiyedathuparamba in Olavattur,13 Km away from Calicut International Airport,Kondotty.When you reach the school you can experience what Gandhiji told “ the soul of India lives in villages” .The location of the school is set against the backdrop of natural beauty and rustic charm. About 900 students study in both High school and Higher secondary section. we are guided by the dynamic and zealous teachers with great vision and mission . Though our school has poor infrastructure we have a great record of academic excellence and extra- curricular achievements . We achieved a cent percent result  in SSLC exam last two years. In the higher secondary public exam held last year our school bagged highest percentage of result among government schools of  Kondotty Sub district. we became the champions in football and volley ball in 2012 in the school games of Kondotty sub district. In the  Kondotty sub district school Kalolsavam held this year we bagged the second position among Government schools.

we expect whole-hearted support in our each and every venture to lead our school to the peaks of excellence.....
